Simple database for retrieving lyrics of utai (nō chant) (Excel version)
While a student at the graduate school of Hosei University, I created a database for lyrics search based on the “”Yokyoku Sanbyaku Gojuban shu (draught: Meicho Zenshubon, Digital data: Hangyo Bunko)”” for my own research. The database has been used by seminar members and has been improved several times with their advice. We have decided to make the improved version available on the website of the Nōgaku Research Institute in the hope that it will be useful to others as well. Although there are some inconveniences due to its amateur nature, we hope it will be of some use to you in your research.
